is it me or is it hard to get through an entire set....i guess i am more geared towards the more mellower sounds like that Jeremy Doty set.

yeah i just quickly previewed that kryptic yesterday and thought it sounded good...but now giving it a full listen i am having diffuclty getting into it.

It's a matter of moods and situations for me.... If I'm driving a couple of hours somewhere, I can probably listen to and enjoy the whole mix, but it's gotta have a decent amount of variety to it.

this isnt really dark, its more chilled, guess they call it dub techno, but i find it really soothing.

Every SmokeMachine mix is great for people into dark hypnotic techno and dub-techno

Also, people need to keep in mind that the guys who basically kickstarted dubstep are already way past it. Lazy journalists still call it bass-music, but guys like Scuba, Ramadanman, Appleblim, Blawan, Pariah, Pangaea etc, are now basically doing house and techno.
