                                              No official reason was given for the tour's demise before it even got started, but low ticket sales is a likely reason. Why the low sales? To hear some industry veterans tell it, the poor advance box office performance is a result of the fallout over Kanye's ill-advised storming of the stage at last month's MTV Video Music Awards as Taylor Swift was accepting her award for Best Female Video.

                                              Then, there's the fact that charging up to $350 per seat to see Kanye and Gaga (the latter of whom performed here at House of Blues back in March) did not seem like the brightest move. Nor did charging $500 for each VIP package ticket, which included a standing-room-only ticket, not a reserved seat.

                                              It was fun while it lasted...
