49000 a year would make 3500/month + 2 x extra salary.
you can find a nice big apartement located in the inner districts for about ~1200-1500 for sure

I went there once back in 1993. I was having a walk around the city when I needed to go to the toilet. It took me ages to find one so I was bursting. I found one down in the subway. I had a large rucksack with me, I put it on the floor by the sink as I turned around there where 2 guys wanking each other off against the urinal. I picked my bag up and left. I took a piss down an alley. Fucking cottagers they could at least go in the cubical
