Daylight Saving Time in the US begins on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November. In 2009, it therefore began on Sunday, March 8 at 2 a.m. and ends on Sunday, November 1 at 2 a.m.
Time moves ahead one hour in March, whereas it moves back one hour in November (hence the saying "Spring forward, Fall back").

Time change was great, got to sleep in our sic hotel room in west palm beach for another hour this morning, which was a nice bonus after a long night.

It is really nice to see the sun up at 7am. For the past 3 weeks it's been pitch black out there at 7am..makes it really hard to wake up.Awww...I didn't mean A holes, as in "A holes"...I meant it like, as in, my friends....
