This is a direct rip, not a recording, the original file with video is X.264 with AAC 110kbit, i decided to use 192 FhG (adobe audition) to encode it to mp3, VBR 320k is absolutely unnecessary. This is not 128k-like in any way, which can be easily confirmed by spectral analysis. You can't get a better sound quality than this, you can only try to fake it by using filters or limiters. But the source will be the same !!!
