wish she ^ worked there really. As it is, it's a fat, greasy, moustachioed cypriot with dirty fingernails called Barry.. She does a nice bit o cod though

no one has the patience to leave it in the fridge overnight- especially after an hours worth of drinking you put in the recipe!

I know, it never happens. Tis definitely better if you can though. Freezes well too
