This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

Yeah, very fancy piece of engineering. All the counterbalance and shit is built into the pivot of the door. There's a picture of what looks like an inverted staircase on the page as well.
