    Worldometers

Some scary stuff here - real time world stats, the food ones are probably the most mind boggling

There are more overweight people in the world than under nourished ones and that gap is growing

See the "oil left" ticking away? - pretty stark

I'm skeptical, how do they measure it real-time and have it on the website? Nonetheless a very stark perspective.

I got pics and video. But I will upload them in the morning. I need to smoke this nice phat joint and just close my eyes and replay the amazingness in my head.

I don't think it's "live" as such but pretending to be live based on averaged figures...

so IF they are right in figures then there is only 42 years worth of oil left?

so almost everyone on this board will see a world without oil - one way or the other!

                15,338 days = 42 years (approx)

Would probs be less than that because consumption is only going to increase.

Of course they can't be 100% accurate, which means some of the outcomes listed will be better than they appear, but some, on the other hand, will be worse.

                      Still pretty bleak

i remember this. it sure is quite the sobering actualization - just watching the estimates skyrocket like such. surging figures of megafuckingproportions.
