    FLV video to Animated GIF?

    Is anyone aware of a method to convert the video from a YouTube or other FLV video to an animated GIF? Free methods preferred, obviously, but the need arises enough that I'm not against paying for a program if it does a good job...

      that link will convert flv to most things - but you might still need a step to get it to a gif

          gifsoup.com. Sign up an account, you then link the vid you want to make a gif from and the time marks and it does the rest. I haven't used it myself but i know a few who do.
