    'Fuki-san.'

    'Go ahead.'

'The Iron Chef just told me he is preparing the abalone to be used in an abalone pudding.'

Great show palmer. Iron Chef America should be top notch. I remember when Bobby Flay went up against one of the Iron Chefs. Classic.

            Re: Iron Chef

I can't fukin wait to see the Iron Chefs America the new season on January 16. Im a Chef and i work in 1 of the 4 restaurants (AGUAVIVA) owned by one of my Chef Idols in San Juan Puerto Rico which goes by the name of Chef Roberto Trevin~o. He's 35 years old and is one of the most succesful chefs in Puerto Rico which incorporates a lot of Latin Cuisine infused with Bistro, Asian Japanese, Seaside and International. I worked for him for about 1 year and a few months and i love the food he creates. Not only do i work with him but also love to eat at his most mentioned one called DRAGONFLY, which is Asian Latin and Sushi Lounge with nice deep house, progressive tunes heared on the background. If you guys really like the show and are excited to see the new season like i am to see my Chef kick someones ass, watch out for Chef Trevin~o battle against Mario Batalli next year. This is him on the picture below.

Iron Chef, imho, could be the best live action show in the history of television. Funny, exciting, challenging, educational, and LIVE! Iron Chef America will try, but never touch the original.

I used to be addicted to the show. I've seen the american version and don't think it's as good as the japanese version. I would love to be on that panel to try some of the dishes that they make.
