Sorry I put this here, but I really need to track down this tracklisting. There is a track on this mix that uses a vocal from one of my tracks, almost to the T how I used it. I want to know where it came from... Then I can decide to be pissed or flattered. Nothing like this has ever happened to me, so I am DIEING to know... so, sorry I posted this here.

i did, tis the same vocal. Is it actually you saying it or is it just a sample you used? I'm not sure how else you could use that sample if i'm honest

no it's not me. the sample was pretty obscure, so I was very surprised to hear it. he did nothing illegal or wrong, i know that... i just want to know where it came from.

the way some of the effects were used sound soo similar to mine, but it could all be a coincidence.

did you create the vocal or did you lift the sample from somewhere? If it's a sample that has made the rounds out there, it's entirely possible that other people have sampled it without ever knowing about your version.
