I remember thinking that movie was a gift to mankind when I was little. I loved how it was kinda dark and not really all kiddy. When Optimus died I almost cried (I was 10, by the way).

Me too!! Even that movie is a classic.

Maybe we were all just dumb kids or maybe they were just extremely savvy marketing geniuses, but there were the best toy/cartoon combos in the Eighties. As soon as I saw it on the cartoon, I had to have it (just like they hoped.)

I am a fan of Tom and Jerry. It is very funny, espescially after smoking and bowl. The music is great.
