With the christmas season well underway, we thought it would be fitting to tie in this months podcast with our own festive plans here at mono_cult. Not only is this episode an early present for everyone, it will give you an insight into what can be expected from our yearly festive outing on New Years Day.
To help celebrate the small landmark of number 10 in the series, we let Gorge take the reigns to show everyone why he is regarded so highly amongst his peers. Gorge aka Pit Waldmann, is the one of the driving forces behind new german superlabel '8bit', alongside good friend and studio partner Nick Curly. Their forward thinking label aims to showcase the freshest and most exciting talent from around europe whilst holding down a consistently high level of quality in its output. As well as this ongoing project, Gorge continues to develop his own personal sound on labels such as Freerange and Plastic City as well as his own, showcasing why he is at the top of everyones remix wishlist. With the new '8bit Reasons' compilation out just in time fro christmas too, Gorge will be featuring in many electronic stockings this year!
