This isn't exactly new. This has been around for quite some time

One of my favorite shortcut tricks from Windows Vista also works in Windows 7, the All Tasks Control Panel. It is esentially a list of every task in the standard Control Panel but all in one place.

This is a great trick though and one for the more advanced users as you can get to some settings that Microsoft probably doesn't want you to get to.
