the guy is funny, he thinks hes superman.. fair enough. hes music is not that good anyway and he needs to find other ways to make people go WOW! not me anyway lol thats all !! nothing to hate about that! its just a show for little kids after all, as Dzone pointed out!

So I think its realistic to think deadmouse doesnt really think hes Superman

There was a great interview with Moby some years back where he was asked what had changed about his production over the years, he replied that because he was being paid more money and playing bigger gigs he had to put more effort into the live events and make them more entertaining. Playing a gig in a club for 300 people at £15 a head is one thing. Playing to 12,000 people at £50 is something else. Some people want a show and there is nothing wrong with that.

Funny you say his music is shit, its currently being played by Sasha and appeared on the One+One CD

I suppose there are just people who just need people to hate, dislike, ridicule, or make fun of.

naaaah, you got it all wrong mate.. i never said i like a particular kind of music and this is what is the right thing for everyone to do! this is a matter of personal taste and if i like traditional greek music doesnt mean everyone likes it, or whether its right or wrong to liking this kind of music! also if someone starts laughing, when he hears greek music, this is again a matter of personal hearings! ok sasha played one of his tunes that we know, maybe more that we dont know about! so what?

nothing wrong with his show, he reminds me of these clown parties for little kids and i wouldnt pay money to see it! some people go there for the music some others go for shows like that! personally, im a music junkie, cant care less if he came to the stage flying like superman or dressed as a pirate mouse and come in with a ship! as other people said the video wall in the beginning is great!

For Christ's sake, it was NYE– one should expect a bit of theatrics. If anyone's really going to criticize that, please throw away all your Daft Punk. seriously.

I think the biggest reason most people hate on the mouse is because he's spoken honestly about certain things, or at least been honest about his perspective. Past precedence has proven that honesty is really NOT what most people want to read or hear.

Just for example for this thread, the most memorable thing coming to mind the obvious dj's are cunts thing. I dj, and you know what? yes, sometimes I am a cunt. It comes with the territory. Quite a few that I have met are cunts as well, or at least, perhaps they just happened to be riding the cotton pony that night. There are also tons that I've met that have been perpetually non-cunty, but that itself seems highly suspicious. To think that working in nightlife is some kind of electronic Candyland, where everything is sweet and sugar-coated is delusional. It's not all fun and games, drink cards and super-awesome good times. It's work, and sometimes, it's bitchy.

This is stupid, this thread wasn't even started by spyros. We're all entitled to our opinion and some of us think deadmau5's show is a joke. Why all the hate towards spyros? He's hardly unique in his opinion of deadmau5.

It's like us having a laugh over Digweed's hair and what conditioner he uses. Sasha and his trashed photos or him being a no-show. Or Oakenfold looking like a toad. Or talking about Tiger Woods. Or any othe celebrity. deadmau5 just happens to be another dude we enjoy having a laugh about. So what?

I wasn't hating on spyros. I was trying to understand him/her. And as far as I can tell, I don't see anyone else either. Nice way to try and stir the pot, though!
