      Not just inmates, I've seen this in tattoo parlors too. Why would someone want to permanently do that to their eyes, it's so strange?

      Music is the answer, to your problems. Keep on movin', till you solve them.

                                          i saw this on Taboo on the National Geographic channel a while back, totally crazy. I'm freaking blind with my -5.50 contact prescription and dont even want to get Lasik because I dont want people messing with my eyesight. These guys are nuts.
