    Baseball Cards!

    LOL!

If you find the time, dig through your old baseball (or basketball) card collection and post the cards you personally value the most or think my be of actual value.

I think it would be fun to see and discuss our collections from when we were kids...(assuming some of you have kept part of your collection).

I'll start with my favorite childhood cards some time this weekend.

^yah man, I looked several of mine up online, I have a few cards worth over $50, but nothing in the $100+ range... but I had a blast going through them...the cards are kind of priceless in a way, because they were so fun to collect as a kid...

I have loads of baseball and hockey cards. I should really try to dig these and go through them.

my favorite baseball cards are my Nolan Ryan's, have about 25+ dating back to his first 5 years...

I also have a few from the 50's such as this Ray Boone card:

The Boone's were the first family to have 3 generations of all stars.

...I have a few Michael Jordan baseball cards which are awesome to see. As well as Bo Jackson baseball and football cards.

you wouldnt believe the collection my dad has. hes been wasting all of his and my moms money on this shit for years. there is a whole room of it. i know he has a jordan basketball rookie card worth a shitload of money, also a jordan final floor card which there were only 23 signed and numbered and made. it has either the floor from his last game, or a piece of his jersey in the card.

also he has the infamous 'fuck face' card

One of those crazy error that was worth a fortune back in the day. Remember always loving the Beckett Magazine. Prized possesion back then was my 86 Donruss set with the Jose canseco rookie card w/ the crazy porn stache and the topps traded sets

some of it is in the bank, and alot of it is still at my parents house (in an undisclosed location of course). i was never really super into sports, and baseball for that matter, so i dont know all of what badass stuff was there, i just know there was a lot of it and he somehow had the magic touch to go pick up boxes of cards and always pick the packs/boxes with the insert cards that were worth alot of $$. that collection of balls/pics/bats/posters etc is worth some good coin. i dont care about any of that shit though, not my thing.

also that card above was one that got thru the review process. he put that on the bottom of his bat and none of the people at the card company noticed it before it went to print, so it got printed and put out there, then pulled. so it was/is worth a good amount of money.
