Congress?? Bush didn't get a declaration of war to go into Iraq. Obama didn't get a declaration of war to bomb Yemen. The USA bypasses congress because all the president has to say is that you are liberators their on the local gov't behalf.

the us isnt the only one fighting overseas last time i checked. also i think we've talked about this before. the president does not make every decision that is on behalf of the government everywhere, everyday. right?

i guess just the little helpers since it seems the us always has to lead on anything going on in the world anymore and everyone else just chips in here and there. i love the report about France bitching that the usa is trying to 'take over' in haiti. probably trying to cover up for their 25 troops they sent instead.

i guess the other countries need do something about it if they dont like what they see. sitting back isn't going to do much.

I think the US government has acted like the big boy going around the world beating on the little kids and stealing their sweets. The little helper just go's along because they know they will get something out of it. According to the Iraq Commission Tony Blair had already agreed with George Bush to go to war before he consulted anyone else in his cabinet. You think the US doing the rest of the world by taking the lead as you put it?
