    Having an 1hr15 to play was a challenge. Not a club set. Something much more dramatic and focused. The set is made up mostly of re-edits.

    A little theatrical maybe but the BDO crowd are there to see lots of bands. Playing btw Calvin and GA demanded something special.


    Props to Simian Mobile Disco for holding the room and rocking it after Calvin's mayhem. Respeck lads!

      What can you say, The Son of, at a massive is right where he likes to be, that stage and light show need to hit the road with him in 2010, I wish the BDO setup would have made the S&D American tours a few years back. Just something about Sasha, when he drops it, it's over, get ready for the time warp, just get right into the light show and the soundsystem, he knows, why do you think, he shows up at gigs at 3am wearing mirrored shades, for looks, no just be in a proper state to channel that unique sound only he can lay claim to.

          I just watched it via sasha's youtube chan and it looks much better, with TOP sound quality. If he would release 6 more videos we would get the whole set in good quality

                              This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
