Re: Damning verdict on doctor who linked MMR and autism

why would that scare you Didi? My generation received about 12 vaccines in total and we came out alright, my son will get the same.

Now a days they want 22 vaccines before they are 1 years old and 32 by the time they are 18 months. No thx. He will DTap same as I did

MMR No thank you. I will take my chances of measles mumps or rubella. Remember folks just because he doesn't get the shot doesn't mean he is going to get it for sure or that he will die from it even if he gets it. In fact vaccines have been proven to not be nearly as effective as people think in preventing outbreaks. Much of it has to do with modern hygiene. I never received the MMR vaccine and never got any of it. How is this possible Didi? If anything i will wait until he is about to go to school (4 years old) to get it.

The only time I would consider getting more vaccines is if the water supply became contaminated because of the economic downturn. Other then that colloidal silver, Vitamin D and C with Greens Plus Multi Vitamin and a somewhat healthy diet and go from there..

Congrats Coleby on the great news!!

Thanks John appreciate it. Almost feel guilty sharing the news with brady's friends parents at his school. He has a attended a special needs school the last year and it has made a huge difference. Here's a pic of Brady and his sister casey.

Sorry mate I no terms wanted to post that comment about your family and the troubles you are going through. It was directed at the never ending debate that leads no where...glad to see that the little one is getting better!

Retracted autism study an 'elaborate fraud,' British journal finds

                    Excerpt:

(CNN) -- A now-retracted British study that linked autism to childhood vaccines was an "elaborate fraud" that has done long-lasting damage to public health, a leading medical publication reported Wednesday.
An investigation published by the British medical journal BMJ concludes the study's author, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, misrepresented or altered the medical histories of all 12 of the patients whose cases formed the basis of the 1998 study -- and that there was "no doubt" Wakefield was responsible.

"It's one thing to have a bad study, a study full of error, and for the authors then to admit that they made errors," Fiona Godlee, BMJ's editor-in-chief, told CNN. "But in this case, we have a very different picture of what seems to be a deliberate attempt to create an impression that there was a link by falsifying the data."

Britain stripped Wakefield of his medical license in May 2010. Efforts to reach him for comment were unsuccessful Wednesday.
"Meanwhile, the damage to public health continues, fueled by unbalanced media reporting and an ineffective response from government, researchers, journals and the medical profession," BMJ states.

The now-discredited paper panicked many parents and led to a sharp drop in the number of children getting the vaccine that prevents measles, mumps and rubella. Vaccination rates dropped sharply in Britain after its publication, falling as low as 80 percent by 2004. Measles cases have gone up sharply in the ensuing years.

More like the combined efforts of the Illuminati, Obama and other forces to discredit the beliefs of Jenny McCarthy and the brainless pleeb dipshits that take a celebrity's endorsement as a meaningful, knowledgeable, expert opinion.

And then there's those who simply feel that what the believe the first time round is always going to be right.

Secret Businesses Aimed to Exploit Vaccine Fears, British Medical Journal Investigation Finds

Andrew Wakefield, the disgraced doctor who claimed a link between MMR and autism, planned secret businesses intended to make huge sums of money, in Britain and America, from his now-discredited allegations, according to a British Medical Journal investigation.
