    Google Voice

Google Voice replaces your provider's voice mail and gives you a text-to-speech text message translation of your voice mail so you can read it instead of dialing through to your voice mail and listening. It sounded like an awesome concept, until I finally got my first voice mail:

Hi Miss We need to. Turner. Hey, I am calling to let you know you leave a man in the know, and I need some of the Nelson I'm calling you. First, there is a party tomorrow night. Called of free Animations, but it's not point party at okay this is how you know when you're all Adam. I got of only 24 and I love sister so I guess. I hope it is rare, blah, blah, blah. The mixed reviews. Anyway, there I was hoping that you would. We'll be in Reno is fires and get past 11. P. S of Matt point parties cos I'm going. If you know anything about it, that would be super cool in the back, otherwise feel free to give you back and if you look like hats up. Yeah, so if you had said wait to hear from you and have a great weekend. Anyway, take care honey. Bye bye.
I'm disappointed, uninstalling the app, and definitely calling her back to see what's up because I think she wants me to watch some rare action with her sister

yeah, it works reasonably well for "formal" calls, like when someone is calling you from a business and speaks in the Queen's English, but casual calls where people aren't concentrating on pronunciation tend to get slaughtered. This is one of the best I've seen, though...

Its also nice for text messaging, say if you are at work, and don't want to be that a hole who always has their phone out.
It's never too late to become the person you always thought you would be.

i've had it for a while. It was cool to have my messages go into my email box instead of my regular voicemail. At least with this I can keep the messages as long as I want. I really wanna get into using the call record function but it apparently only works when someone is calling You.
