dope cans

just got the pioneer hdj-2000's for home listening and i love them. used to have the sony mdrv700dj, but i finally felt like upgrading.

what else do ppl have or recommend?

what does S&D use btw? i never bothered to look and im curious now.

wow man those are a pretty penny. i'm s ure they deliver though! i have some sony mdr-v600s... i have used those ever since i got my dj equipment and they still work well enough. there are tons of better headphones out there today though.

havent tried them, but they look sweet.. ive seen diggers using them for the last couple of months (maybe for longer?)

pretty expensive for a pair of headphones. I use my Ultrasone Hfi-450's that I got for $99 and I'd put them up against the pioneer cans anyday. Wanna try the pepsi test?

Digweed, Sasha, Hawtin etc have all been using them since last year's WMC. Pioneer gave every major DJ a pair just before and so made sure that they all got photographed wearing them.

Every little runt wanting to be like Digweed bought them after that.

lol i had no idea S&D used them. pretty kewl they do tho. anyway, the headphones are fantastic. got them for like $230 and honestly i dont feel like i got ripped off considering the sound quality is ridiculous on these..
