I dont use vista but sounds like you may have a virus or some spyware which is causing that to open and go to random pages.

Download Malwarebytes and give it a run.

Protect your home and business PCs, Macs, iOS and Android devices from the latest cyber threats and malware, including ransomware.

Thanks bro. I'm gonna try that program to see if it helps my computer run a bit better.

Malwarebytes is a great programme.. first time you run it, run it in safe mode too

as far as uninstalling IE, no need to, just run some anti virus, malware, spyware tools and just use a different browser

make sure you have a good firewall too

With the newer version you no longer have to run it in safe mode for the first time (unlike the older versions). Although it is still a good idea to do so at some point.

There is no need for external programs to uninstall IE on Vista. It's not available under installed programs but nevertheless you can uninstall it. Just go to Control Panel and choose the Programs and Features icon. Then on the Tasks panel on the left, click on View installed updates. Locate the IE in the list of installed updates (should be near the bottom) and then click on Uninstall.

That's a given lol. Normally I should get rid of it too but I bought that fucking OS one year ago...I don't want to buy another one so soon though I know Windows 7 is much better. I am also too lazy to spend one day or more to upgrade and to reconfigure all programs and to enter all the serials again...YUCK. Pain in the ass. 1st one who makes a Software that saves all settings you make in programs which can easily restore after a reinstall/OS upgrade gets a free blowjob from a premium hooker.
