    Need suggestion in CD purchase

I got a $35 gift card to Tower and I just could not make up my mind on which of these to buy.

    GU Toronto (Deepdish)
    Yoshiesque 2 (i have the 1st one)
    GU Digweed (L.A.)
    GU Digweed (Hong Kong)

Have not heard any of these so dont know which is better.

I was also contimplating on a chillout style cd like Air or Theivory Corp.

ps. what do u all think of Sander's Essentiam mix cd? Any good. (kinda old)

    Thanks!!

Tough choice...as said, "fresh is best" but of these classics, I think I would choose Hong Kong. First four tracks on the first disc go together like butter!

Re: Need suggestion in CD purchase

Well, I do have fresh cd's. Desyn, JH balnace & Pappa's, Sander's two recent cd's... etc.

So far looks like it's between JD (LA & HK)

                  Need a little more advise,

                  Thanks guys, your the best.

p.s. actually looking for older cd's, thought these were a good selection.

if you want something smooth. go get the original bedrock from diggers. smoothest mixing, great tracks. really classic CD, sounds better today than it did back then. and if you have a good stereo, turn the bass up, cause that bedrock CD has some of the best baselines ever. especially the bedrock remix of rising sun. shakes my house/

Re: Need suggestion in CD purchase

^^^ yeah I have that one. have the actually Cd and an mp3 version with a bit different selection, think it was "live at twilo" '99.

very good one. But I'm just thinking of these four. I'ts funny when you have a gift card, you want to get the best cd with other people's money for some reason, dont' want for it to go to waste. $35 is not bad.

                        thanks again.

Just buy both LA and Hong Kong and call it good.

Tough choice. But I would have to say Digweed-LA. As much as I like his GU-HOng Kong but LA is pure class all the way through.
