i will agree with you 100% on your note that the US Constitution seems to matter less and less to the government and our nation these days. it doesn't appear that is going to change either, unfortunately. my sentiments are we might as well write a new constitution saying 'we're fucked and stupid' imo. but i'm not going to go bat-shit crazy about it... just not my demeanor.

Garrick is exactly right, you DO have valid points in there from time to time, and I'm actually in agreement to some extent on the substance of what you post (at times -- critically important qualifier). Your reaction to it all, though, and the tenor, well, I just can't get behind that, even when there's a kernel of truth underlying it all.
