I know for example Add2basket, he's very melodic, almost cheesy at times, but stiill great

Maybe I misspoke a little in my opening post, it's hard to really put the music I'm looking for into words, I guess it's progressive house with a touch of tech-house

this is perhaps the deepest answer i've ever heard!

if you truly value, and adhere to your keen probing of melodic prog, you will be rewarded with the vastness of it being quite literally, everywhere --

imho, quality 'melodic prog' is relatively rare, and shunned to an extent, nowadays, but once you've really embarked on doing your 'homework' and listening, there's tons of it still
