    This will probably get moved. Make sure your xp drivers are 48bit LBA drivers. As well make sure it is is set to master if it is the drive that the OS is on, as well if it is slave make sure the dip switches reflect this. If you have cable select then use that.

    Why are you using maxtor? Get a god damn Seagate!
