I told him to fill you in on the scene. His company prohibits internet usage so he cant post on here at work. His djing career is just starting to take off & he knows quite a few of the good djs in the cleveland area.Comment

i'm in Columbus. I think I'm the only one on here from there. Cleveland has a far better music scene than Columbus does. Columbus is full of hip hop clubs with one or two spaces to hear house music. But one of them focuses more on wanting to be english, so they try to push Dubstep and that crap. But every now and again there is a good night there.
Loco Dice is playing here next month. Might be the first time I go out in a long time.Comment

word! yeah, Columbus is meh, but every so often there's good shit. And since i go out every few months, that's fine by me...
I didn't realize Cleveland had a happening scene. Really hoping it isn't the bland midwest dnb/rave/techno nonsense that I faced in Indianapolis.
Given that I'm more into producing music than going out and listening to DJ's, both cities sound prime to me.

Hey Mariner, I am doing a club event downtown on 3/19 like ChuckC saidword! yeah, Columbus is meh, but every so often there's good shit. And since i go out every few months, that's fine by me...

There are alot of good local dj's and events here and some bigger acts come to town every once in a while. For my event we will be playing prog, house, tech-house, techno, etc.
