the ignore list

so if i put someone on the ignore list does that mean this persons pictures are not going to appear on that random pic section for me?
what exactly happens when i put someone on the ignore? will i be able to see this persons posts if someone quotes them? will this person know that he/she is on the ignore list? will this person be able to see my posts, my albums, my profile details?

^profile details may be made completely private or for friends only, otherwise everyone can see it...

ignore function means you won't see their posts, or comments on pictures, etc..

you will see their streaming photos at the top though.

if someone quotes them, you will see their post (i think) which sucks.
