Here´s my latest mix, done following an invite from the Portuguese music blog BrainDance :

Here´s how the blog described it :

Kinetic is a repeat guest of mine, and in the past I´ve done several references to his many great sets, which he regularly shares with a privileged few. He is usually an excellent travel guide through more progressive soundscapes. This time he has chosen to demonstrate to all of us his versatility, impeccable taste and musical baggage, in another magnificent trip through more ´leftfield´ pastures of electronic dance music, and he has done it so well through these following 2 and half hours! Even though here he strays from what is, assumedly, his favourite genre (prog-house), all his signature musical personality is evident : dark, dense, obscure and claustrophobic as always. Thank you, Kinetic, for this magnificent voyage!

This is quite differente from my usual style, I guess anyone looking at the tracklist can see that this is a bit far from the prog stuff I usually play, but it´s still dark and mental as always, so hopefully even people who don´t usually listen to these styles will enjoy it.

Personally, I´m hugely proud of this mix, and I´ll be doing more stuff like this in the near future.

Yeah, I mixed some classics in there along with recent stuff and even a couple of unsigned local producers, didn´t want a particular style or age, just good music and a specific vibe. I have no problem whatsoever in throwing a 10 year-old track along with a 10 days-old one
