    Spanish police arrest masterminds of 'massive' botnet

    I logged into my email account today and noticed I had emails from friends that were just links to Canadian online pharmacies. I thought that was kind of strange so I did some searching and found this:

    I am assuming this kind of thing will only become more frequent. Should we all be changing our logins and passwords to our email and other online accounts? Any real techies care to clarify for a rube like me?
