that is exactly the reason why your country is destined to fail.. Your view of protesting you think is meaningless and that only crazy people do it. What you don't realize is that your money is going to be worthless which in turn will make your parties really lame.. But soot yourself.
Wrong again. I don't think protesting is meaningless. I'm just not going to do it, because, like I said, dollar bills to be had and champagne to be poured son. When a tank rolls down my street I'll pick up arms, until then, I'm driving the lane and dunking on snivvlers. Oh just in time, It's happy hour.... I'm out.
What do you want me to do, go protest? Fucking soap box to 10 people on a Messageboard? Lol. Riiiiiiiight. No thanks.
Nah bro, I'll continue doing what I do. You lead the fight dude, I've got money to make and a party to go to.
During the World Cup my company was worried that it would show the matches at work to stop people taking time off work to watch it. They decided that we would all stop working, watch the England games then make the hours up in unpaid overtime. It balloted the whole company to see if they would agree to it. The company lost the vote so it decided that all the people who didn't vote votes would count as votes in favor of watching the game. Turning their failure into a victory. I told my bosses that I would not comply with this as I was not employed to watch football matches and we shouldn't even of voted on it. The company told me they would do exactly what they wanted and that I had no choice but to comply. I told them I had taken some legal advice (which the company paid for) and explained the procedure going to take. The company knew I was serious as they where aware I helped expose my previous employer on national TV years earlier. I came into work on the day of the match in question and the company canceled their broadcast. I was the only one out of 4000 employees who was willing to take on the company. Everyone else made lots of noise but ran away when they had to do something.
While this went on I still managed to go out, get pussy, get pissed, earn money and all the other shit that people do in their lives
Funny thing was they didn't show the match and England won so they got through to the next round without needing to win the third match. I wasn't at work for the third match and they broadcast it even though no one wanted to watch it because they where already through. Everyone stayed at work and did 2 hours overtime for nothing. I don't go to work to get forced to watch fucking football
On March 20, a coalition of communist groups, 9/11 "Truth" activists and anti-Israel extremists gathered in San Francisco to protest against -- well, just about everything.
The event was in theory an "anti-war" rally timed to coincide with the seventh anniversary of the start of the Iraq War, but since that war is basically over, the anti-war movement now has not only evaporated almost completely but has also lost its focus, as a plethora of tangential issues and petty gripes have taken center stage.
And so, without the veneer of faux-pacifism to disguise the protesters' true feelings, one stance has emerged as the unifying philosophy:

Gunning down Iraqi civilians from gun ships. torturing civilians or preventing freedom of travel. I would hardly say the war is over, we have just moved everything around a bit. My brother-in-law is in Afghanistan at the moment and he's not on holiday.
Also the 9/11 Truth movement are campaigning about 9/11 not the war in Iraq, so even if the war is perceived to be over 9/11 Truth certainly isnt.
Care to extrapolate. Funny thing is you call me the troll but your action are more toll like than mine.
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response[1] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[2] In addition to the offending poster, the noun troll can also refer to the provocative message itself, as in "that was an excellent troll you posted". While the term troll and its associated action trolling are primarily associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels highly subjective, with trolling being used to describe intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context. For example, recent media accounts have used the term troll to describe "a person who defaces internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families
you take yourself too seriously. raging on about this and that will get you nowhere. agree to disagree. flame on...
Agreeing to disagree is just sitting back and shutting up. If everyone did this we would all be living in society like North Korea. This is a politics forum, if everyone agreed to disagree there would be no point in having a politics forum.
