“E.V.P.” is the lead track that has people buzzing over this ep.Through clever use of samples from real Electronic Voice Phenomena recordings and a chunky groove supplied by a full dose of suspense in the cinematic intro and breakdown this could be Mickey’s most intriguing yet danceable work to date.
“Walk My Spirit” takes a close second with a monster sub bass and an eerie retro synth. “A Machine Powered by The Deceased” is a wonky clubby chugger and the infinite builder “Freindly Reminder” gently rounds it all out.
