I had such an amazing time last year. Too bad this year coincides with my busiest week at school. It's devastating for me b/c I really really wanted to go to LO2 especially after the amazing performance Steve had last year. Oh well There's always next year..although I'm probably going to be a bit depressed when all my friends are down there.

dont buy the pass its bs.... pick and choose your parties and buy presales, it saves..buy the space pass it averages dyas out to 30 bucks, and even if you dont go early , youll always wind up there for afterhours....the actual conference part of it seems pretty boring....
i would only go to the conference if i had a label ...yes some of the pool dayparties are only for conference people,but those djs will be at the club later (the good ones)..there are plenty of freedayparties to go to anyway... i dont know about you guys but after partying all night, theres no way im getting up to go to a seminar... 2 words the beach!

Now I don't know if I'm actually going to be able to go... I can't find any of my friends to go with me. I can't afford to pay for a $200/night hotel by myself for 6 nights. I'ma do my best because I'm destined to make it here. 3 weeks of paid vacation that I'm forced to use otherwise I lose them, so I'm trying my hardest. We'll see what happens...

I went to a phat free day party last year and saw Terry Francis. He just got off the plane from the UK and it was his first gig. We got a free cd, free hot dogs, free hamburgers and free booze. Free parties are the best.

I think this is a pretty realistic expectation... some of the numbers might be off, but it'll probably average out over the week. I think $1k should do good

i spent close to 2000 in 04... then again i bought records ...lots of liqour and paid for some of my girls shit..it was probably more like 1500

you could easily spend $300 on entry fees down there.
think about it...last year we paid cash 2 nights in a row @ Nerve. $40 a night X 2 people is $160.
that cash flies out the window down there. now if you're alone its a different story.

keep in mind pickle the pass is for the actual conference. it's not just a party pass. if you're not going to the conference any of the 4 or 5 days its happening, the pass is pointless.

Spending 40 dollars a person is friggin ridiculous... For Nerve, we gathered 6 people, sprung 400 bucks for a table and a bottle of Grey Goose, and drank ourselves into oblivion AND skipped the door mob. 70 bucks per head for drinks and entrance? Heck yeah.

unless you are planning on going to the actual conference don't buy the pass. it doesn't do crap. the door people in miami are dicks and the only way to get in is to grease the palms and still pay the cover. last year we slipped the door guy $100 for 5 people to skip the line (if can call it a line) and then paid cover (usually $40-$50).

it ain't cheap but where else are you going to have every dj under the sun within 10 blocks.

Yep gotta agree there........ There was a girl on the door of Nerve last year damn she must of made a fortune!!

There was no line(queue), just a mass of people expanding out into the street.
