Tell us about your label Denkbar?
Denkbar is about feelings.
Style has little value to us.
I had the idea of starting the label back in 2001.
I had always wished to release vinyl, but could only make this happen 8 years later. I suggested to Michel that we try release our own tracks and he thought this was a valid idea. That was the start of Denkbar.
Now we're preparing to release our third record, denkbar003, a B.A.D project (Bvoice, Anrilov, Danilov) featuring a remix by another well known house musician. We have Grandiose plans for denkbar004 which will be a joint release with DOP, who demand quality work!
Any hot new artist recommendations?
Imugem Orihasam makes very nice house music.
Ableton or Traktor?
I use Ableton for my live performance, and for dj sets I use Vinyl and CD.
Clubbing in Russia, where's it at?
Shanti Club and Propaganda, but my favorite is Arma 17 in Moscow – very great place!
Teach the Whomp!Monster something in Russian?
