Nik’s debut release on 16 Steps combines mellow and dreamy chords with heavier percussion and a deep tonal bass, with detuned synth stabs creating a tense atmosphere. These carefully selected elements emulsify into a perfect house track suitable for any hour.
16 Steps head tutor Alex Parsons delivers the remix, complimenting the original’s lush chords with fluttering harmony, complex percussion and a deep sub bass. The musical journey peaks after the breakdown, introducing a funkier moog bassline and shimmering percussion.
