^^ That is not your call. He committed a crime in India and the US won't even let Indian officials question him... Reverse the siuation.. India is holding a man who bombed a US city and says the US can't have him or question him.. The US would say that India was hiding something or working with the terrorists.

Headley was trained by the CIA and the LeT
He was the mastermind of the attack
He then ends up in Chicago arrested
Pleads guilty
The US won't extradite him
The US won't India question him (Maybe at some later date ya right)

Also that asia times link never said he worked for the CIA, it is speculating on weather they knew he was over in Pakistan at the time training, and if they did why didn't they share it.

Training courses in April and in December 2003 were each of three months' duration and in such close proximity to the 9/11 attacks that it stretches credulity to believe the CIA didn't care to know what their agent was doing in the LeT training camps.

Most of us know that the reason 9/11 happened in the first place is that the cia doesnt talk to the fbi and they dont talk to etc. So they just didnt know or care what a DEA informant was doing there at the time.
