    healthy diet

    plenty of protein

    plenty of rest

    and whatever else you want to do with weights....i prefer a push / pull workout... "google it"

      food is 70%+ of getting healthy. You will see faster results if you eat healthier.

          45 mins of running/cardio at about 5:00am and follow with p90x workout in the afternoon when you get your ass home from work

          I'll let you know how this shit works out in about a month

          in the meantime, I've been pounding bourbon and cokes

          fucking hammered son

            This is the unhealthiest I've been in years. I used to wake up at 630am to hit the gym in Sydney before work, and sleep by 11pm. So I'm well used to the discpline of it.

            In Shanghai, I sometimes work till 2, 4 or 7am the next morning, and weekends. I tried getting back to morning workouts but when the work day extends till so late, I can't afford to mess up at work because I'm tired. The late hours mean I have to sleep in the next day or the fatigue builds up, which means my next morning workout is fucked.

            Thought of going during lunch but it's about 20 mins cab ride and it's not like people let you go for a proper lunch, half the time I'm eating at my desk. And if I went in the evening, it means I skip dinner with colleagues, hit the gym, and return to work for another late night.

            Very frustrating and it's pissing me off no end thinking how badly my fitness and strength has suffered because of the work hours here.

              Its also good to keep switching up your routine every 6 weeks or so and dont keep weighing yourself daily as your weight flucuates a lot depending on water retention etc so its best to weight just once every week or two. Most importantly, just stick at it. People expect to see results instantly which just isnt the case. You didnt put weight on overnight so its not going to come off overnight either.

                      My stupid computer was having troubles.. everytime I hit paste it would paste that video I did in Poly. This was the one I meant.. Zuzana is the BOMB.. what a body she has... I vote to make this thread the "who can find the hottest workout girl thread" Just my vote...


                      Or we can all just say watch the carbs and try to do a core workout every day..

                        get the fuck off the computer
                        uphill sprints
                        pull ups and crunches till you shit yourself
                        diamond push ups
                        bruce lee push ups
                        4 mile runs each day
                        swim laps
                        work out your back heavily in the gym (your back predicates the rest of your body's size)
                        eat peanut butter sammiches immediately after workout
                        isometrics whenever you can during thr day
                        up downs
                        thinking positions

                                Get a subscription to Men's Health - every month they offer easy work-outs, ab exercises, dieting and healthy cooking tips, as well as general guy advice (money, relationships, style, etc).

                                I read it every month and find it very entertaining.
