What a great poll. I see it has been rated 5 stars. I can see you Obama people are still making excuses for him. "He is one man going up against the system" what a joke. He mid as well work for goldman Sachs or JP Morgan.

How would you like the poll to look? I am comparing the two and we are in a dead heat. Just because you are in love with Obama doesn't make it true. It is like the abusive spouse syndrome. Obama comes home everyday after getting drunk and beats you up. Then after he gets in front of the teleprompters and tells you he loves you, he's looking out for you, he does this because he has too.

Wake up he is a phony plain and simple and the poll doesn't lie. Yet again the gospel preachers are outnumbered but they are still cliaming truth.

I disagree and FYI I did put "against" in inverted commas as he's not really working against it he's just trying to create some minor change that is perceived by many as working against the system. hence, my vote went to him being the same as Bush.

Re: Obama vs. Bush - Is There a Difference?

Logically if you compare the back stories of the two men, they couldn't be any more different. So whether you like what Obama's priorities are in office during his first year or not, you cannot say with a straight face that he is anything like George Bush Jr. or Sr.

The poll should have read something like "Who's better at being a politician, GW jr. or Obama?"

It was fun while it lasted...

We aren't talking about how they got elected or someone likes basketball and the other likes drinking beer. We are talking about Foreign Policy, Transparency, Accountability, and Leadership.

And you're comparing George Bush jr. with Obama?

that is what this thread is.. I don't want to double post.

Everyone knows what I was asking. I don't think there is any confusion. Are you trying to say the poll doesn't count because people don't understand the question?

First of all, that's a horrible sentence. Those poor words sit around, waiting to be used, and then you do that to them. It's a damn shame.

More to the point, though, the only "fact" you can glean from any poll is that that is what the participants of the poll answered. Period.

This thread marks a new high water mark for unjustified, self-congratulatory idiocy, by the way...

You'd probably make a good politician.

p.s. I could register on MS 10 times, the poll is meaningless even if it was better developed.

i don't think there's anything wrong with the poll. he's exercising his right of free speech and asking for opinions, just leave it at that
