    Kiss 100 - 2005-03-06 Part 2 - James Zabiela

One of the most interesting sets. What ever happened to JZ?

According to Mixriot that date was Pete Tong.

I heard he's down actually. Day party in Sydney - sounded tempting.

I liked everything JZ did up until Alive and a few sets after. After that, I lost interest.

              Correct.
12-08-01 might be the date when they've played it dunno, i have the set under this name "Essential Mix Live From Tribal Storm Tokyo (12-08.01) - Sasha, Dave Seaman, & Paul Oakenfold.mp3" on my old backup CD and i see it under that name on some web portals also, so i guess i'm not the only one, and what they did with the title.. heavens know only, but this set is heavenly mindblowing anyway

Its fake. Its some Knob Jockey in his bedroom who has knocked up some mix with loads of big tracks from the time then shared it on soulseek with key words "Sasha, Dave Seaman, Paul Oakenfold & Essential Mix" so it shows up in loads of soulseek searches and brain dead morrons think its genuine and download it. Then before you know it its all over the net. Then DJ Knob Jockey beats off because he gets to read about who great his mix is.

Sasha played The Arches in Glasgow on that date. Steve Lawler wamed up for him. |t was the same day as MOS Knebworth

Yeah, we went from this wonderful melodic groove with Clive Henry, into what felt to me a totally discordant mess !! All the guys seemed to love it, but if you looked around the dancefloor a lot of the time no one was actually dancing. They jumped up and down from time to time.

I saw this set on audiogalaxy way back when. I thought it was sketchy. Seaman? Oakenfold? Sasha? Same venue on same night? I never downloaded it. But hearing the story to this mix now gives me closure on whether I should have downloaded it.
you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky
