    RIP Dio

    American heavy rock singer Ronnie James Dio, who replaced Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath, has died at the age of 67, his wife and manager have said.

    this is just sad news to me ... he was one of my all time favorite vocalists ... luckily i had the chance to catch him live when he was touring with Heaven and Hell a couple of years back

    Very sad. Black Sabbath played a big part of my early high school years. I unfortunately never got to see them live.

        RIP. Though never really listened to any Black Sabbath after Ozzy. It died when he got turfed out.

          Saw Dio on their first 3 x tours ... he always put on a great show & was a fantastic singer.
