    question for california people

do you drink tap water? If not, would you if it went through a filter, like the brita filter? I am relatively new to the state, so just wondering

I drink it all the time but I'm up in bay area... never had a problem ever with it.

I drink it out of a filter now but that's just because my roomate got one for the house. If he hadn't, I'd still be drinking from the faucet!

I lived in LA for 5 years, the tap water sucked. But with a filter it probably would be ok.

I use to drink the tap water here in L.A. as a child, BUT I won't drink it now. We've been drinking Arrow Head for a while. I will drink filtered tap water out of a Brita though. I hope this helps.

Just filter it. San Jose water is okay. At my woman's place in Daly City, the water is horrible.

thanks for the info. I live in the LA area, and like everyone said, they don't drink tap water anymore. I was just wondering if LA people thought it was ok to drink filtered tap water (like Brita). My parents got me a brita filter that you attach to the faucet. It's cool.

I guess it also depends on what part of town you are in, I remember working out in Beverly Hills and the water there was alot better then for example Hollywood...
