Re:
Curious if you think that "raising the boost" might have something to do with the water pump failing & the oil leak? Sometimes upgrades can do more harm than good.Comment

Re: finally got the wheels on...
nah, theres nothing like that, the engine has done 200000ks and the cooling system was neglected by me. my own fault. it got rust in the water.... and the oil leaks are the same place as all subarus get them in, rocker covers, cam seals... etc... same old shit. just an old tired engine.
but it will be sweet! i have a friend who can fix it so...Originally posted by KamalThank you Dr. Needle for attending the balloon PartyComment

Out of curiosity how do these cars match up against stock BMW's?

Re: finally got the wheels on...
Performance wise they are neck and neck with an M3 from the same year and with a couple thousand dollars you will be around 280-320hp which is around the same as the previous generation M3s. However in the comfort department hey are like a 70s bimmer lol.
They got close to zero sound deadening material and you can feel all the transmission and driveline components grinding with eachother. Its like a rally car made for the street. They are not for everyone imo.Dont panic, its organic.Comment
