Start off with a free soundcloud account. You can give links to direct downloads if you want. Its great for listing tracklists, your profile, etc.

soundcloud or mixcloud
the downside of soundcloud is for a free account once you hit a certain amount of space or number of mixes they start "hiding" them
of course you can also sign up for another accountor remove a mix

but most of the other site ie: yousendit, megaupload, sendspace etc are limited to how long the file will stay there either by number of downloads or number of days

Well I must admit I didn't post until I had been here for about two years, and look at me now ! This is a way they could become involved. In answer to the question. I use and recommend mediafire, they don't take mixes down.
