i know some will say this belongs in the promos and recommendations forum, but b/c of it being very different i wanted to share it here.
a friend of mine just finished an album he's been working on for nearly 10 yrs called ElectroNola. the basic idea of it is blending electronic music with the sounds of new orleans! below is the link to download it for free or buy it for $10 and get some bonus tracks and other goodies. i'll also post his own liner notes below to better give you an idea of what he's done. i just bought it and had to tell y'all about it before even listening to it. this is an incredible idea.
