Anyone interested in aquariums/fish tanks?

I have to ask my friend the name of all the stuff in the tank.

Fish i have got are: 1 Blenny, 4 Chromes, 2 Clowns, 2 Tangs and 1 Foxface.

I dont now the name of the coralls in the tank, there are 5 different corals in it and one anemone for the clowns.

I have about 80kg of liverock in the tank.

I USED TO SALT WATER FISH NOT INVERTS THEY ARE HARD... SALT FISH ARE NOT REALLY THAT HARD TO DO AND THE LOOK IS SO MUCH NICER IT IS WORTH THE TROUBLE TO ME

my buddy has a 200 gal salt water tank, the shit is crazy, he works on it all the time

He's got a bunch of rock in there, the other night out of nowhere a little ass white crab that must have been dormant if the rock for ages decided to wake up and start nacking on the coral! my buddy was pissed

Too bad a salt-water tank is so fuckin' expensive. The rocks and corals cost a shit load of money. I stick with my warm water tank for the moment.

my boyfreind loves fish..
he has oscars(cichlids)- there crazy fucks!! they eat anything that moves and is smaller than them, but they grow up to be huge, i love big fish!!!( i hate small stupid ones)if you tap on the glass they come right up to you, he also bought some iragwanas(sp?, those long fish that look like short eels, they have these soft fangs coming out of their mouths) those fish are sooo friendly( you can actually pet them), but the oscars ate the 2 he had

cause of him, i want to get all sorts of big fishes like paco's when i gte my own placre ( i have an adult cat, it would never work)
these fish can grow up to 7 inches!!! :P

^^ Why don't you buy some pirahnas. They grow up to be huge aswell. No plants, no other fish though... they eat everything! It's an awesome fish.

Psynce, are these hard to maintain ?? I wouldn't mind getting one for my home now..... I kinda like these

No E, not that hard. I just refresh 30% of the water each 2 weeks. You have to maintain the pomp en filter material but it's not that much. Don't let it scare you. It's VERY relaxing indeed.

Sometimes you have deceases but then you gotta react quick. Otherwice you'll have to start over again. Thank god I didn't had such desease (yet).

All I can say is: don't buy a small one. They are harder to maintain. More work. To bigger the tank, the better. The water is more stabile.

The biggest that you can go. That's what the guy from the store told me. And he's right. I used to have a small one but all my fishes died. And I tried a 2nd time and still the same. They all died. And then I bought a bigger one (180L) and it's all good now. You can buy more fish and they get along better. They all have their territory. It's very nice to see.

Go for the biggest one you can place. Watch out if you live in an appartement though... 300L of water = 300Kg. + some rocks maybe, some grind one the bottom... You gotta know that your floor can hold it.
