Some say math is the universal language, we say its music! Bringing down the borders to bring us fresh new house sounds are Frank Kenfold (Mexico), Memo Insua (Mexico), Dibby Dougherty (Ireland), and Hisham Zahran (Egypt). Union Jack is their new collaboration into the music they all have a strong bond with and apprecia...tion for.
Their first EP comes from two Swedes that have had a string of successful releases inspired by exotic locations. Discoteca Music label partner Dana Bergquist and production partner Peder G take us to another tropical location, this time Acapulco.
Visions of palm trees, coconuts and crystal blue water are what this beautiful house tune will bring you. The bass line strolls along like a long walk on the beach while they piano keys add the warmth of the Caribbean sun.
The first remix comes from Sasse, the Berlin based Finnish DJ/producer of Moodmusic. Starting off with the slow piano melody he brings an even deeper feel to an already easy going track. The second remix comes from Lithuanian duo Martin Virgin & South Express. They bring a whole new life to the track with disco flare vocals on top of the bouncing bass line making it the most dance floor savvy of the package.
