^Yep -- all in one case, as I recall. Not so much to stall as much as to entertain himself would be my guess. The guy is in prison, has nothing but time on his hands and probably delights in forcing others to do work to respond to his BS -- probably helps him validate his existence.
actually, I just kinda collect weird, funny, or unusual cases and whatnot as I encounter them. I'm not sure if that is more or less lame than hopping on Westlaw to actively track them down, but there ya have it...
