    Could anyone help with a good proxy server?

    I'm at the library, ( don't have a computer at home) and with all the restricted access I can't hardly even look for a job, much less anysort of social networking. I had been using freegate but the admins caught on to me and now I got nothing. It's pretty bad, Even about %30 of Yahoo is blocked. Does anyone know how I could be free and unhindered by the shackles of censorship?? Please help
