DIDI Zabiela CAN play fantastic rhythmic music if he wants to, just check his sets @ Space. But i'm with you on this one, both essential mix and his masters doublecd were in part a big pain to listen.

^^^ Perhaps I was harsh. But I really didn't enjoy him at all. But I have to say the guys were going crazy Probably won't check him out merely because there is so much fabulous stuff around at the moment that I absolutely love

Btw I have ordered off that HMV link I put up. It gives a release date of 5/7

Indeed. The only decent part in his most recent EM was Burning Bridges, I found the rest difficult to get into. Some of his other sets are wicked though. Hit and miss!

the zabiela track selection was some points better as this one but its cool too

CD is quite different than the promo mix
you can hear the preview of the first tracks of cd1, and last tracks of cd2 on the renaissance site

though Zabiela is my favorite DJ, didn't love his latest renaissance mix as much as the previous one.

I agree that Zabs gets too technical sometimes but for the most part I still love his creative genius, the key for me is hearing his set when I'm in the right kinda mood for 'different'

^^^ I had that as a sig for a while.

At the moment from what I have heard, and I'm not listening much the Day mix is the one I really, really want to get hold of.

When I first read about it I thought the Night mix would be the one for me, and I'm sure I will love it, but the Day mix is , well actually I'm lost for the right word I'm sure I will find one at some stage.

Have I said See the World is quite possibly the most amazing track I have ever heard ??

I got an email today to say mine that I ordered off this link http://hmv.com/hmvweb/simpleMultiSea...ernan+cattaneo is on it's way!! They are sending them out so people in the UK at least can get them on the release date [5th July]. But it also means I should have mine within the week. Very excited

Now let's see how long Renaissance take .
